Corrine Hendrickson and Brooke Skidmore, both of New Glarus, saw the rising issues with the availability and expense of childcare. This really creates significant problems as parents decide whether to pay for childcare or stay at home because of cost. This ultimately impacts employers in the area that are driving towards building our workforce and growing our companies. 

Corrine and Brooke are both owners of childcare facilities, and have combined efforts to create an organization called Childcare Matters. Their goals focus on creating awareness, advocacy, and lobbying for State Legislation to support childcare facilities.
